Installation of elevators. High-altitude Vietnam

In Ho Chi Minh City, a new skyscraper Vincom Landmark 81 is under construction.

Vincom Landmark 81

Since the beginning of the 21st century, high-altitude construction has begun in Vietnam. The time of low-rise buildings has already passed, as the population of the country is rapidly growing and land resources are scarce. Therefore, Vietnam begins to expand not in breadth, but in the top. Almost every year, starting in 2010, a new high-altitude record is being updated. The new Vincom Landmark 81 skyscraper, 462 meters high, will be Vietnam's largest building and will easily exceed the 336-meter Keangnam Landmark 72 in Hanoi.

Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower

The project was developed by the British company Atkins in close contact with another British company Ru. The building is being built in the most prestigious district of the city of Vinhomes Central Park. From the windows there is a beautiful view of the Saigon River. The very construction of the building is a bit like a Burj Khalifa tower and consists of 25 rectangles connected together, turning them into a large tower. On the roof of rectangular sections there are green gardens and summerhouses.
